Black Rock Mountain State Park, Mountain City GA

Black Rock Mountain State Park is the State Park with the highest elevation in Georgia at an elevation of 3640 ft. Located in Mountain City Georgia, Black Rock Mountain State Park is composed of 1743 Acres and contains a 17 Acre lake. The State Park offers cottages rental and Tent, Trailer & RV Sites, and offers 11 miles of hiking trails. 

Our favorite thing to do is to take the 1 mile hike around the lake. Its  pretty flat and you pass over several small creeks. Be cure to check out Ada High Falls while in the park.
